Shipping Options

Shipping Method:
(A) International Delivery by e-Express Hong Kong Post - 
Once you have placed an other, it takes 1-2 weeks for us to prepare, package, and put your order in the mail. The parcel will be posted within 3 business once we have processed the order. Hong Kong Post e-Express takes 7-14 days for the delivery in the normal situation.

Delivery fees base on the total order weight, and fees vary between different countries. It may take 7 to 14 working days for mail items to reach recipients for most destination cities which are subject to situation of flight availability, customs clearance, aviation security check, force majeure events, etc as well as the territory coverage. For destinations in extensive territory like Russia, Brazil and Mexico, it may take more delivery time. Nevertheless, mail items will be treated as priority mail in the destinations, speeding up mail processing. Sundays and public holidays are excluded for the purpose of determining the date of posting or arrival in Hong Kong for all mail items and for performance measurement under the performance pledges. 


(B) Local Delivery by SF Express or e-Express Hong Kong Post -  
Once you have placed an other, it takes 1-2 weeks for us to prepare, package, and put your order in the mail. The parcel will be posted within 3 business once we have processed the order. Hong Kong Post e-Express / SF Express takes 1-3 days for the delivery in the normal situation.

Flat rate will be applied to all local delivery, and it may be 1 to 3 working days for delivery.

When will my order ship?

We ship most in-stock items within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, or usually 7-14 business days to replenish the stock from our warehouse. When your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification with tracking information. Please note that orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Shipping costs will be allocated across shipments, based on their value, but the total amount paid for shipping will never exceed the shipping cost total provided to you at checkout. Occasionally, items may be out of stock and will be cancelled from your order, unfortunately. You will be notified by email about any cancellation in this case. We will not charge you for items that are cancelled.


How can I check the status of my order?

When your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification with tracking information. To track your parcel, please allow 24-48 hours after the receipt of the notification for the shipping carrier to update your shipment information. If you have not received your order by the end of the delivery window that we estimated during checkout, please contact us here and a Customer Service representative will get back to you as soon as possible.


Why is my order being shipped in multiple shipments?

We make every effort to ship your items together. However, we may have to divide your order into multiple shipments due to item availability, or when items ship from different fulfillment centers. We will send you a shipping notification with tracking information for every parcel that ships. Shipping costs will be allocated across shipments, based on their value, but the total amount paid for shipping will never exceed the shipping cost total provided to you at checkout.
